Maggie Mann has served as the District Director for SIPH since April 2011. Prior to that, Ms Mann served as the Health Promotion Director for SIPH beginning in October 1996 Prior to her work at SIPH, Ms Mann worked as a Research Associate at the Alcoholism & Drug Abuse Council of Nebraska & Applied Health Research, Inc. in Lincoln, Nebraska, and as the Director of Youth & Campus Ministries for the Pocatello First United Methodist Church. Ms Mann has a B.S. in Community Health Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Ms Mann is the author of several refereed publications, book chapters, and numerous health education curricula. She has presented on a national, regional, and local level, and is active on several local Boards and statewide and national Work and Advisory Groups.

Kim has held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Southeastern Idaho Public health for over twenty-five years. She started in October 1986. Previous to that, she had worked for the Comptroller of the Currency as a National Bank Examiner. She has a B.S. in Business from Eastern Illinois University (Charleston, Illinois), and an M.B.A. from Idaho State University (Pocatello, Idaho). She is also a Certified Public Accountant. Kim has been involved with the Pocatello Charter School , serving on their Board of Directors as the Co-Treasurer (2007 - 2008).

After graduating from Idaho State University with a B.S. in Ecology and M.S. in Zoology he has been employed by SIPH since 1989. Began career as a general EHS in Bannock and Power Counties and served as vector control and indoor air quality resource person for the District. In 1994 he was promoted to EHS Supervisor and became EH Director in 2004. Is a Registered Environmental Health Specialist (REHS) with the National Environmental Health Association. Served as Secretary/Treasurer for the Idaho Environmental Health Association from 2005 – 2008 and President in 2009 and 2010. During the West Nile outbreak, assisted counties with establishing Mosquito Abatement District's if they wanted them.

Tracy has lived in Idaho for most of her life, and raises three children in Pocatello. She attended Idaho State University, and received a Bachelor's degree in Health Education in 2001, and a Master's degree in Health Education in 2007. She has worked for Southeastern Idaho Public Health since 2002 and is currently the Community Health Director and Public Information Officer. As part of her responsibilities as director, she oversees: Health Education services, Clinical Services, and Public Health Preparedness.

Matt has lived and worked in Southeastern Idaho for almost all of his life. He began working for Southeastern Idaho Public Health in 1999 and has been the Information Technology Manager over network operations since that time. Additional duties as director include overseeing Information Technology and Infrastructure / Customer Service staff.

Tyler has been a lifelong resident of Pocatello. He received a Bachelor's Degree in both Finance and Business Management from Idaho State University in 2007, before receiving a Master's Degree in Business Administration in 2008. Tyler has worked at Southeastern Idaho Public Health since 2011, and currently serves as the Human Resources Associate.
