Prenatal Ancillary Care
Pregnancy and parenthood is a time of change and new feelings. Your baby needs the healthy start only YOU can give by taking care of your own health and following good health habits during your pregnancy.
P.A.C. (Prenatal Ancillary Care) - A registered nurse will educate you about medical, nutritional, and emotional issues unique to you as a child-bearing woman. During your time you can learn about:
- Parenting
- Preparing your home for baby
- Preparing for labor and delivery
- Resources available to help with you and your baby
A Registered Dietitian will provide:
- Education on breastfeeding
- Nutritional guidelines
- Assistance in selecting good food choices for you and your baby
